Chairperson

Responsibilities
Supports the Chairperson in all areas, steps in during their absence, and assists in managing the club’s strategic objectives.

Treasurer
Responsibilities
Manages the club’s finances, prepares annual income and expenditure reports, ensures timely payments, oversees equipment orders, and organizes funding for the end-of-season (EOS) presentation.

Secretary
Responsibilities

Welfare Officer
Responsibilities
Ensures child safeguarding measures are in place, working with managers to uphold a duty of care and maintaining updated DBS checks for relevant individuals. Acts as the point of contact for any safeguarding
concerns.

Darren Bennett
Manager Liaison
Responsibilities
Acts as the primary contact for team managers, ensuring they have a direct line of communication with the core committee. Gathers feedback from managers and relays concerns, needs, or suggestions to ensure their voices are heard throughout the season. Assists in addressing manager inquiries and offers guidance or support as needed.

Pitch Coordinator
Responsibilities
Manages the allocation of pitches for each team at the start of the season, communicates changes with the council, and informs managers of any cancellations due to weather or other factors.

Mentors new and existing coaches, leads the development of the youngest age group, and oversees the recruitment of players and managers for new teams.
